Pedro Quintal

Born in Madeira in 2001 graduated in Municipal Management.
Initially studied in the field of management and accounting. In 2003 started his career in the property sector as a salesman and later passed the exams as a real estate agent, thus acquiring the rights of the trademark Predial K. He's one of the shareholders of Promosentido Ltd.

Renato Nóbrega

Born on June 19, 1976, his career was always marked by entrepreneurship. He was only 23 years of age when in the year 2000 he started his first construction company.
In 2002 starts his career in real estate as a salesman and later became a business partner at Predial K. He's one of the shareholders of Promosentido Ltd.
